Development and Change "is a comprehensive academic journal that focuses on researching and analyzing the development processes and trends in the social, economic, political, and cultural fields. This magazine is jointly initiated by scholars and researchers from multiple disciplines, aiming to provide an interdisciplinary communication platform to explore development issues and transformative phenomena in the context of globalization. Established at the beginning of the 21st century, with the deepening development of globalization and various challenges faced by the international community, the demand for research on development issues is increasing day by day. The original intention of the magazine's establishment was to promote comparative research on development models of different countries and regions, as well as in-depth analysis of new problems and phenomena that arise during the development process.
The magazine covers multiple fields such as development economics, development sociology, political development, cultural change, environment and development. It particularly emphasizes the understanding of the complexity and diversity in the development process, encouraging scholars to adopt interdisciplinary research methods such as quantitative analysis, case studies, historical comparisons, etc., to reveal the multidimensionality and dynamism of development.
