School Principle Chen, Center principle Mr. Wilkin, Mr. Xiao, Ms. Cheng, our beautiful andhandsome head teachers and professors, family and friends of the graduates, ladies andgentlemen of Class of 2016, good afternoon! The opportunity to give the speech as arepresentative of the whole class 2016, I am honored and grateful. But I am more eager to play a role as a "peer reviewer" today, sharing the happiness of three-year life and waiting the future life blossoms. Today my topic is "Progressively playing the game of life rather than passively being played by the game."
The first thing I really want to talk about today is companionship and cooperation. I remembered the days when we were urged to say English in the AP building and strictly supervised by Mr. Min though later Dojo points system has invented. At that time, we sent signals to each other, warning that Mr. Min was standing in the corner of the first floor. Soon, we changed our language mode to English. But now, we became smarter, always speaking English on the third floor to get more dojo points. In the class, we also cooperated together—we did roller coaster model inMr.Stevens class; we were struggled by sounds made by declining dojo points when Mr.Brown took advantage most in dealing with "Zixiao"; fortunately, we have Mr.Lira’s super interesting PhysicsC class, especially bad jokes; we complained a lot about writing essays on humanities courses. We patiently listened essay comments from Mr. Francis. We suddenly woke up when were asked to read and answer questions in Mr.Kalnin’s class though our "Qigong" was not as good as he imagined. We were annoyed of writing myriad of essays of mysterious topics in Mr.Derdyne’s class. Even sometimes, we suffered from preparing and devising Statistics posters in Ms. Mutei’s class. Additionally, what largely a part of my classmates worried about was Mr.Stefanini’s Calculus class though I like Math the most. But we are always together in complaining, studying and working; we are oftenbeing super fans of someone’s concert, harmoniously fighting on the sports field and blissfully celebrating Christmas as well as the most precious one, together eating pizzas. Thinking beyond high school life, perhaps we need to reorganize our own "colony"in order to incessantly expand the scope of our "empires".
Secondly, being clear of our directions. Carl Ranson Rogers said that, "A good life is a process not a state of being. It is a direction rather than destination." Here, I would like to use "Hearthstone legend", which is our classmates’ favorite computer game as an analogy. When you are really motivated to get keys with highest level in order to possess more times of lives in the game, what’s your motivation to win What are your tangible rewards after winning the game Possibly we all never thought of these questions before. In the future, we are still looking forward to getting many opportunities, but we have to find ourselves along the path and keep trying and trying until we find something which capture ourselves’ internal devotion and eagerness. Although life is a linear process, meaning that we must have to get over thousands of difficulties, like solving matrixeson the giant draft paper, we should figure out the guidance direction all the time, playing and entertaining the game of life.
Lastly, lean in which is the title of Sheryl Sandburg’s memoir. Throughout three years living in AP, we grow from "green hands" to skillful carpenters. We have Mr.Xiao always stood like an Avant-guard in front of the AP building; we also have Ms.Wen, Dr.ChenandMs.Hong to supervise our life in all aspects. We have Mr.Wilkin’s infinite "deals". We also have counselors to listen to our opinions and help our college application. Even facing with the EDdisaster, Della still led the whole counselingteam with perfect aplomb from one-to-one relocating schools to revising our essays. No matter how late it was, they were still in the office, arranging our profiles. No matter how important the festival was,they still kept tracking our application information online. As what Confucius said in Analects, "Teachers reason students with heart and touch students by truth."But in the future, in order to lean in, we have to use ourselves. We will soon struggle with freshman life, with internship opportunities even making relationships. All of things just like a jungle gym without any ladder for help. However, never give up. We will soon have new professors;new advisors and also we can listen from others’ constructed feedbacks. The only thing we need to do is to be modest, more thinking and to lean in.

大家好!
首先感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和老師對(duì)我的信任,給我提供的這次交流的機(jī)會(huì)。時(shí)間過(guò)的真快,轉(zhuǎn)眼我參加工作已經(jīng)8年了。在這幾年的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)崗位上,我沒有取得過(guò)太多的成績(jī),也沒有獲得過(guò)很高的榮譽(yù),作為一名普通的科任教師,在工作中,我始終秉承著“踏實(shí)做人,認(rèn)真做事”的宗旨,努力做好學(xué)校交給我的每一項(xiàng)工作。
英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作,雖不像語(yǔ)數(shù)那樣是家長(zhǎng)心目中的主科,但近幾年來(lái)家長(zhǎng)們對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科的關(guān)注度也是與日俱增。而英語(yǔ)學(xué)科作為一種區(qū)別于其他學(xué)科的另一種語(yǔ)種,在沒有一定的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境下,教學(xué)起來(lái)著實(shí)要采取一些特殊的方法和手段。可以說(shuō),這幾年的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)我一直在努力摸索著前進(jìn),也形成了一些自己的方法和套路。在這里,和大家交流一下我的感受和點(diǎn)滴做法。
1、 科任教師進(jìn)班級(jí),興趣是前提,紀(jì)律是保證。
我一直擔(dān)任五、六年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。學(xué)生們的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)參差不齊,接受能力也不同,并且隨著學(xué)習(xí)難度的增加,學(xué)生們也產(chǎn)生了消極情緒,沒有興趣,甚至厭學(xué),課堂紀(jì)律渙散。我深知興趣是最好的老師,為了向四十分鐘要質(zhì)量,每一節(jié)課我都認(rèn)真鉆研教材,查找資料,精心制作每節(jié)課課件,到現(xiàn)在為止,我基本儲(chǔ)備了五六年級(jí)每一課的課件,形成了自己的小小的資源庫(kù)。其次,為了教學(xué)更直觀,訓(xùn)練更簡(jiǎn)捷,我自己制作直觀教具,如句式訓(xùn)練圖片,單詞卡片,音標(biāo)卡片等,我還自己花錢購(gòu)買同步課文視頻,這樣不僅能給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,而且保證了復(fù)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練的頻率和效率。除此之外,在教學(xué)中,我還注重根據(jù)學(xué)生的差異因材施教,努力跟上課改步伐,把高效課堂理念引入到教學(xué)中,形成了自己獨(dú)特的(愉快教學(xué)法)。讓學(xué)生在接受知識(shí)的同時(shí),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自學(xué),共學(xué),群學(xué)的能力,讓學(xué)生做課堂中的主人,并以鼓勵(lì)的方式來(lái)增加學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。不僅改善了課堂紀(jì)律,又提高了學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)。
2、 樹立終身學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí),不斷提高各方面能力。
我深知“學(xué)海無(wú)涯”,作為一名教師,要給學(xué)生一碗水,教師要有源源不斷的“活水源”。特別是當(dāng)今的化在信息時(shí)代,社會(huì)飛速發(fā)展,知識(shí)更新飛快,能力要求甚高,所以我常常不滿自身現(xiàn)狀,不斷提高自身的專業(yè)理論和教學(xué)能力,我積極參加學(xué)校和上級(jí)部門組織的各級(jí)各類活動(dòng),撰寫教育教學(xué)論文,積極參與課題實(shí)踐研究,探索適合農(nóng)村小學(xué)教學(xué)實(shí)際的教學(xué)方法。除此之外,我最大的愛好就是讀書,只要一有時(shí)間我就找些書來(lái)讀,不同類別的書籍不僅豐富了我的人生,良好的讀書習(xí)慣也為學(xué)生樹立了榜樣,為帶給學(xué)生“源源不斷的活水”奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
3、 在分管工作上,服從安排,積極主動(dòng)
下午好!
很高興今天能站在這里和大家一起分享英語(yǔ)零班教學(xué)心得。希望能與各位同事交流,也讓同學(xué)們更加了解我們英語(yǔ)零班的教學(xué)理念,和學(xué)習(xí)方法。
英語(yǔ)零班,是一個(gè)全新的概念,是我們商學(xué)院首創(chuàng)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)模式。零班教學(xué),重點(diǎn)在于這個(gè)“零”字,就是說(shuō):老師上課的時(shí)候不講課,全靠學(xué)生自己學(xué)。我們將這個(gè)“教學(xué)”的概念,轉(zhuǎn)化為“自學(xué)”。
剛開始接手這個(gè)班的時(shí)候,我很是納悶,為什么呢?因?yàn)轭I(lǐng)導(dǎo)告訴我,“零班上課不講課”。那我就犯愁了,上課不講課,那我講什么呢?既然上課不講課,那要我這個(gè)老師干什么呢?我很是為難!不知道該從何下手。我知道,我面臨的是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。
經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的zhuo琢磨,我終于悟出來(lái)了:老師不講課,那就是讓學(xué)生自己講,自己學(xué)貝!教師不講課,只是充當(dāng)學(xué)習(xí)的組織者,引導(dǎo)者,促進(jìn)者和評(píng)價(jià)者。于是,我制定出了一系列的教學(xué)方案。如:
分組教學(xué)、每周新聞播報(bào)、每月讀書報(bào)告等。讓學(xué)生自由分組在課后完成老師規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,并在課堂上做展示,老師則根據(jù)每組的表現(xiàn)依次打分。零班教學(xué)的分針是輕課內(nèi)講解、重課外拓展。著重根據(jù)課文主題拓展更多的課外知識(shí),并且由學(xué)生自己來(lái)講。
最初的時(shí)候,同學(xué)們很難接受我的這種教學(xué)模式,有學(xué)生會(huì)跟我反映自己跟不上,覺得老師不教,課文都看不懂,課外拓展就更難了。有學(xué)生也會(huì)覺得老師上課偷懶,自己不講,專門要學(xué)生自己學(xué),自己講。甚至,還有學(xué)生覺得我像惡魔,不斷的給他們布置一些難以做到的東西,比如背英語(yǔ)新聞,還要到臺(tái)上講,比如要他們分組做英文展示的時(shí)候還要做幻燈片,大一的學(xué)生很多還是覺得很有難處的。所以,在接手零班的第一個(gè)月,我瘋狂的鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生,給他們信心,及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)他們的每一個(gè)努力,不斷讓他們知道他們是最棒的,他們個(gè)個(gè)是英語(yǔ)精英,他們具備老師所要求他們達(dá)到的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。
晚上好!很高興又能跟大家見面。今晚我發(fā)言的主題是“如何讓孩子主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)?”。
我的方法:
1、設(shè)計(jì)有趣的課堂教學(xué).
2、評(píng)選優(yōu)秀小軍人:凡是英語(yǔ)課上能嚴(yán)格要求自己,做到課前把英語(yǔ)書準(zhǔn)備好,上課能管住自己雙手不玩東西、嘴巴不隨便說(shuō)話,積極舉手發(fā)言,學(xué)生就可以自評(píng)為優(yōu)秀小軍人。
3、本學(xué)期繼續(xù)評(píng)選英語(yǔ)習(xí)慣之星和學(xué)習(xí)之星。本學(xué)期已經(jīng)評(píng)為英語(yǔ)習(xí)慣之星的同學(xué)有:
學(xué)習(xí)之星到學(xué)期末進(jìn)行評(píng)獎(jiǎng),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是:
1)獲得獎(jiǎng)?wù)虑笆耐瑢W(xué)可以參與評(píng)選。
2)能按時(shí)完成作業(yè)。
4、周末零功課:是一種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),凡是達(dá)到我要求的條件就可以獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。第一條件必須是按時(shí)認(rèn)真地完成作業(yè)。第二個(gè)條件可以是通過(guò)背書測(cè)試或聽寫單詞100分。目的是讓學(xué)生能有更多的時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)課外英語(yǔ),提高能力。
5、善用信息交流平臺(tái)(習(xí)網(wǎng))去鞏固課文知識(shí)和拓展學(xué)習(xí)課外知識(shí)。
我的收獲與體會(huì):
1、學(xué)生的成績(jī)一個(gè)單元比一個(gè)單元高
2、全國(guó)希望杯英語(yǔ)初賽成績(jī)突出:全級(jí)進(jìn)入決賽的8位同學(xué)中我們班就占了5位。第一名羅學(xué)習(xí)xx第三名xx
3、上課專心聽講和積極舉手的同學(xué)明顯增多
4、自覺培養(yǎng)良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的同學(xué)多了
5、 會(huì)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的同學(xué)增加了
6、 不按時(shí)、不認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)的同學(xué)少了
7、 聽寫和背書過(guò)關(guān)的同學(xué)多了
我覺得我的方法很受我們班學(xué)生的歡迎,但不知道家長(zhǎng)有沒有意見,我歡迎家長(zhǎng)向我提出寶貴意見。
本學(xué)期需要家長(zhǎng)配合的事情:
1、繼續(xù)督促小孩培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成教育
2、關(guān)注《每日一練》
3、每個(gè)周末陪小孩上習(xí)網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)課外英語(yǔ)
4、督促按時(shí)認(rèn)真完成老師布置的作業(yè)
5、多鼓勵(lì)多表?yè)P(yáng)好的學(xué)習(xí)表現(xiàn)
6、多參與英語(yǔ)課外活動(dòng)
